Lucas graduated in Law from the Universidad of Alicante in 2014. In September of that year, he coursed the LLM in IP and Competition Law from the University of Valencia. In September 2017, Lucas coursed a postgraduate in IT Law in Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
In October 2015, Lucas started working in an IP law firm in Alicante. After this experience, Lucas joined the Operations Department of the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) until October 2017. After a short stage at the Legal Unit of the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), Lucas joined Ballester IP.
Lucas speaks Spanish and English.
