DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In compliance with the existing data protection regulations, BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U., company rendering services within the Intellectual Property field, with registered address at Avenida Constitución nº 16 – 1ºD, C.P. 03002 Alicante (Spain), hereby informs users about its data protection policy so that they can voluntarily and freely decide whether to accept the collection of their personal data through the website www.ballester-ip.com.

BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. warns users of this website that the access to it does not imply the collection of their personal data, but said collection is optional and only carried out by means of the form CONTACT.

Likewise, users are informed that the data collected through the above-mentioned forms will be secretly and confidentially processed, and entered into a computerized file of personal data, the responsible of which is BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U.

Pursuant to article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. shall process the data confidentially and will only use them with the aim of providing legal services and within the frame of the necessary trade relations to carry out the performance of a contract.

The data provided to BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. shall be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship in the event of contracting any of its services. In the event of carrying out any enquiries through the contact form, the data shall be kept for a year once the enquiry has been answered.

Likewise, BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. shall process the curriculum data of people sending their CVs with the aim of managing and considering the candidate’s application for the position applied for. These personal data shall only be processed after obtaining the interested party’s consent. Their data shall be kept for a year so as to consider their current application and for future selection processes.

In compliance with the provisions of article 21.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users are given a time limit of 30 days to refuse to have their data processed and we hereby inform users that upon expiry of said time limit we will consider that they accepted the data processing unless otherwise indicated.

Likewise, BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. shall cancel and erase the data if they are inaccurate, incomplete or if they are no longer necessary or convenient for the purposes for which they were collected in keeping with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Users may revoke their consent and exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation, opposition, limitation, elimination or portability of the data by sending an e-mail to info@ballester-ip.com.

Likewise, users may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) pursuant to article 13.2.d) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.P.U. has taken the appropriate technical and organisational measures with the aim of guaranteeing that the data processing is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679. These organisational measures consist of the confidentiality and secrecy duties, as well as in preparing BALLESTER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, S.L.PU.’s personnel for meeting users’ rights. Likewise, the necessary technical measures for safeguarding the personal data (access control, data encryption, back-up copy, computer updating and firewall) are guaranteed.
